Ultrahigh-Speed Camera
Alacron Inc.Request Info
Alacron Inc. and affiliate company FastVision LLC’s new FC300 ultrahigh-speed camera is built around Panavision Imaging LLC’s quiet, high-speed Dynamax CMOS sensor. It also incorporates a patented delta doping process developed by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s Microdevices Laboratory.
The camera’s 3.2-megapixel CMOS sensor operates at 180 fps. Panavision’s technology can be made into a back-side imager with delta doping and antireflection coating.
The combination of delta doping and the CMOS sensor produces a 100% fill factor and enables selection of the sensor’s sensitivity to a specific wavelength, ranging from the deep-UV to the near-infrared.
With the proprietary and patented Active Column Sensor technology, the Dynamax CMOS sensor offers a wide dynamic range in either global or rolling shutter mode.
