The Parallel 16-PMT Spectral FastFLIM from ISS is a time-resolved spectral detector with parallel 16-channel digital frequency domain FLIM (FastFLIM) readouts for fast spectral FLIM data acquisition. It adds fluorescence spectrum and lifetime (λ, τ) dimensions to the confocal scanning microscopy dimensions (x, y, z, t) resulting in a six-dimensional data set. The FastFLIM can produce unbiased spectral FLIM data for phasor analysis that unambiguously discriminates and quantitates fluorescent species with unique spectral and lifetime features at each image pixel. It features a detection range of 300-740 nm, gain adjustment of 0.01-1 in 256 steps per photocathode, and a transit time spread (TTS) of < 300 ps.
