PULSE MEASUREMENT
APE Angewandte Physik & Elektronik GmbHRequest Info
The LX-Spider instrument provides full spectral and temporal characterization of femtosecond laser pulses. Available from Angewandte Physik und Elektronik GmbH (APE), it is based on technology that employs one crystal to up-convert the two test pulse replicas and to introduce the spectral shear without requiring an additional chirped pulse. It measures the spectral amplitude and phase using the spectral phase interferometry for direct electric-field reconstruction (Spider) algorithm. From the spectral quantities, the temporal amplitude and phase are derived in real time. Measuring 180 × 210 × 100 mm, the device features automatic calibration and single-shot capability.
