The WaveShaper® 32000B and 32002B reconfigurable optical processors and WaveMaker® 500A (shown) programmable optical spectrum generator from Coherent are designed for Super-L band and Super-C band applications, respectively. The WaveShaper 32000B and 32002B have a port count of 1 × 31, are configurable by software commands, cover up to 12.5 THz, and the WaveShaper 32002B additionally has two optical engines. The WaveMaker 500A features over 20 dBm of optical output power and the ability to emulate 120 DWDM channels.
