scanning. These diamond-machined devices are plated with the company's
99.9% pure aluminum, which allows surface finishes better than 30 Å rms
and maintains the materials' critical surface figures. Additional
benefits include increased scan rates up to 60,000 rpm and increased
image resolution because of the greater stiffness and better surface
finish.
