PORT COQUITLAM, British Columbia, April 10, 2020 — Line-Scan CamerasEmergent Vision Technologies Inc. has announced two 10- and 25-GigE line-scan camera models with the Gpixel GL0816 sensor.

The GL0816 line-scan camera features a CMOS image sensor which consists of 16 lines of 8322 pixels with a 5-μm pixel size and 5-μm inter-line space. It enables high-speed and low-noise image capture at 8K vision and is designed for high-speed industrial inspection.

The PACE LR-8KG features a horizontal image resolution of 8192 effective pixels, a single-line rate of 137 KHz, and a trilinear line rate of 45 KHz. Its 10 GigE SFP+ interface offers two cable options for lengths up to 10 km without the need for costly fiber converters or repeaters. For those who prefer a RJ45 10GBaseT interface, the PACE LT-8KG delivers the same performance but with cable lengths up to 100 m using CAT6A cabling.

The ACCEL LB-8KG comes with a horizontal image resolution of 8192 effective pixels, a single-line rate of 200 KHz, and a trilinear line rate of 66 KHz. The camera’s 25GigE SFP28 interface offers three cable options for cable lengths from 1 m and up to 10 km.
