The interferometer uses multichannel random quadrature technology, eliminating the need for precise optical alignment, and it routes all measurement points through a single aperture to increase scanning speeds. The Modulo Quatro features 3D component measuring capabilities and supports layouts ranging from tightly packed detection points for rapid scans to widely spaced heads for diverse sample geometries.
