The SV-1000 illuminated boroscope from Toshiba America Information Systems is a small, water-resistant chip-on-tip inspection camera that measures 1.6 mm in diameter.
The camera features an integrated LED light for illumination within the 1.9-m flexible shaft. The new 1- × 1-mm CMOS sensor provides 400- × 400-pixel resolution with a 120° field-of-view lens. The SV-1000 is a two-piece system composed of the flexible shaft inspection camera and a separate compact camera control unit that includes electrical connections, video outputs, and LED light control.
The SV-1000 is ideal for industrial equipment inspection applications including aircraft engines and turbines, castings, tubing, tool and die, electronics assemblies, and other industrial tasks where space is limited.
