The Matrox Imaging Products Group has unveiled its ActiveMIL-Lite 1.0, a collection of ActiveX controls for building Windows-based scientific, industrial and other imaging applications with rapid development tools. It is based on the board control portion of the Matrox Imaging Library, enabling the user to develop the interface and board control portion of the application while processing images using "C" calls. ActiveMIL-Lite features drag-and-drop tool placement with point-andclick configuration, resulting in less coding.
