The MTE2350F-UV2 and MTE2550F-UV2 from Marktech Optoelectronics are dual-chip UVC LEDs in 235-nm and 255-nm wavelengths, respectively, for disinfection applications in water-quality sensors, air, and surfaces. Placed within hermetic TO-can packages, the LEDs have a doubled light output due to integrating two LEDs within a single package. The MTE2350F-UV2 and MTE2550F-UV2 have a low energy consumption, are mercury-free, and designed to be safer for the environment and end-users with the Silanna Safe™ 235-nm LEDs.
