The StellarScope AM/PA from StellarNet is an analytical platform for automated mapping and particle analysis. The single system uses micron-scale morphological imaging with Raman spectroscopy to detect, measure, classify, and chemically identify microscopic particles as small as 1 µm. Supported end-users include food and ingredient manufacturers, as well as those in the personal care, consumer goods, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and garment manufacturing sectors. The system is additionally optimized for graphene analysis and quality control; using Raman spectroscopy, the system can detect quality, number of layers, defects, and degree of disorder in the key G, D, and 2D bands. The system uses the Particle Wizard software suite to streamline the entire workflow, from image capture and segmentation to Raman targeting and AI-driven material identification.
