Spectrum Instrumentation’s DN6.63x arbitrary waveform generators provide up to six channels at 10 GS/s or 12 channels at 5 GS/s using 16-bit digital-to-analog-converters for low-noise signal generation from DC to 2.5 GHz. The instruments offer synchronized multi-channel outputs with up to 48 gigasamples of memory, output levels to 1V peak-to-peak into 50 Ω, -150 dBm/Hz noise spectral density, signal-to-noise ratio up to 64 dB, and –90 dB spurious-free dynamic range. A direct digital synthesis option supports up to 64 tones per channel for creating multi-frequency test signals used in communications, semiconductors, medical, imaging, industrial, and quantum research applications.
