The CMAT-S from ASMPT is an all-in-one high-speed camera production system, specifically for assembling and dynamically aligning lenses in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) cameras. Alignment of the lenses takes a maximum of 10 seconds to complete per camera by employing an algorithm that takes advantage of the continuous movement of the target object during the imaging process, unlike traditional systems that rely on static positioning during image acquisition. The system is also equipped with a UV curing system to lock the aligned lens in position with partial curing times of as little as one second for certain ADAS camera modules.
