EVT Eye Vision Technology GmbH has announced the EyeScan AT 3D line of scanners with blue laser technology.
The blue laser has a shorter wavelength than a red laser. As a result, a blue laser delivers improved scanning results with higher resolution and a 50 percent reduction in data noise. The blue laser has more effects when scanning metal due to the narrower laser.
Complex component parts and surfaces can be captured quickly with high accuracy, due to the short exposure time.
