PowerPhotonic Ltd. offers beam shaper optics, used to shape and manipulate single- and multimode laser beams.
The optics provide circular, square, rectilinear, hexagonal and line shapes, homogenizing the beam or providing a custom intensity pattern according to application requirements. Features include UV-fused silica, flexible choice of beam profile, low intensity variation and lens array options.
The beam shaper optics are designed as single or dual element planoconvex/planoconcave lens arrays and field mappers, which directly map from input to output without homogenization.
Applications include fine and broad beam material processing, cutting, keyhole welding, conduction welding, brazing, soldering, thin-film ablation, laser peening, UV lithography, printing and communications.
