The Backlight fluoreSHEET™ from Midwest Optical Systems Inc. (MidOpt) created a backlight effect with front light illumination.
Ideal for space-constrained applications, the Backlight fluoreSHEET™ is illuminated from the front with a blue LED light, emitting an orange fluorescence. A backlight effect can be created by using a MidOpt BP590 Orange Bandpass Filter to capture the orange emission and block the blue LED excitation, giving the appearance of a bright white diffuse background in a monochrome image.
The Backlight fluoreSHEET™ has adhesive backing, repels water, is tear-resistant, and made of flexible material.
