TULSA, Okla., Nov. 9 -- Williams Communications has entered into an agreement with Dominion Telecom to provide products and services on its nationwide fiber optic network.
Under the terms of the agreement, Dominion Telecom will use the Williams Communications network to expand its network reach in the eastern US. The agreement also includes recurring colocation and network maintenance services.
