ANAHEIM, Calif., and HOLMDEL, N.J., March 27 -- VPIsystems, provider of product and network lifecycle management software, announced at OFC 2002 that it has partnered with Apollo Photonics, which makes a computer-aided suite of photonic design tools, to offer integrated optical design software in its VPI Design and Deployment Center platform.
