StockerYale, Newport Ink Optical Fiber Distribution Agreement

StockerYale Inc. of Salem, N.H., a manufacturer of structured light lasers, LED modules and specialty optical fibers for OEMs, today announced an agreement with advanced photonics technologies supplier Newport Corp. of Irvine, Calif., for distribution of StockerYale’s line of specialty optical fiber (SOF) products. “We are excited to benefit from Newport’s broad reach to a wide range of customers in key markets such as medical, biomedical equipment and defense," said Mark W. Blodgett, chairman and CEO of StockerYale.
