Sensytech Gets $3.2M Contract for Imaging System

NEWINGTON, Va., Nov. 30 -- Sensytech Inc. said it has received a $3.2 million contract award for delivery of an airborne hyperspectral imaging system to a foreign government.

Sensytech produces ESM/ELINT threat warning systems, active electronic warfare systems, airborne imaging systems, communications reconnaissance systems and other special-purpose communications equipment. Kent Rockwell, CEO and president, said, "This award was accomplished on an expedited basis to meet a variety of airborne monitoring needs of our client. We are continuing to experience increased demand and activity in the communications, electronic warfare and imaging groups for our products and services on a global basis. Several contract negotiations are under way which should result in increased revenue and profitability in this fiscal year."
