Industry association SEMI announced this week it has launched FPD Today, a Web site dedicated to highlighting challenges and opportunities in the flat-panel display (FPD) manufacturing industry. Based in San Jose, Calif., SEMI serves companies that provide equipment, materials and services used to manufacture semiconductors, displays, nanoscaled structures, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and related technologies.
