Organizers of the LASER World of PHOTONICS event intend to bring back the World of QUANTUM. The event was held for the first time at the 2022 LASER World of PHOTONICS show. QUANTUM will return in 2023 alongside the World of Photonics Congress, a separate gathering that will also cover quantum technology. Courtesy of Messe München. “In deciding to organize this event, we acted in much the same way that we did in 1973 when we developed the LASER World of PHOTONICS and organized an event for a technology whose future is, at the very least, just as bright,” said Reinhard Pfeiffer, deputy CEO of Messe München. A survey conducted during the LASER World of PHOTONICS found that more than 60% of all trade fair participants visited the World of QUANTUM. Among these visitors, more than 90% expressed their enthusiasm for the program offered by this new event. Of the exhibitors at the World of QUANTUM, over 80% of respondents said they would participate in the event again. The next World of QUANTUM will be held with LASER World of PHOTONICS at the Messe München exhibition center June 27-30, 2023. World of Photonics Congress will run June 25-30, 2023.
