Mems Optical Inc. of Huntsville, Ala., and Jenoptik Polymer Systems Inc. of Rochester, N.Y., have merged with Jenoptik Optical Systems Inc. of Jupiter, Fla., to create a single corporation for the US-based manufacturing operations of Jenoptik | Optical Systems Div. Each location now will benefit from the efficiencies of a larger organization, simplifying marketing efforts, increasing brand recognition and continuing technical development.
