The 3DS Series from Bold Laser Automation is a confocal thickness measurement system for the measurement of electronics, medical devices, and filtration products. Integrated with Keyence CL Series laser sensors, the system uses continuous in-line and discrete off-line inspection, as well as real-time data plotting and archiving. The 3DS Series is capable of handling materials up to 1 M × 500 mm and features a measurement accuracy of ±1 μm and bidirectional repeatability within <±0.020 mm.
