To strengthen its presence globally, the Optics Div. of the Unaxis Group is further expanding its strategic sites, including its headquarters in Balzers, Liechtenstein, and its manufacturing facilities in Golden, Colo., and Shanghai, China. As part of its long-term strategy to have a single factory on each continent tailored to specific market needs, the thin-film optical components supplier will integrate its lighting business in Geisenheim, Germany, with operations at the other three sites.
