UNL Gains Grant to Expand Laser Research

LINCOLN, Neb., Oct. 4, 2010 — The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has received nearly $2 million in federal stimulus funds from the National Science Foundation for renovations to expand its high-power laser research capabilities. The grant from NSF's Academic Research Infrastructure Program is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
