TKH Vision Expands Portfolio as SVS-Vistek Acquires Mikrotron

Machine vision camera developer and manufacturer SVS-Vistek acquired Mikrotron GmbH, a high-speed vision solutions provider. The acquisition of 100% of the shares in Mikrotron is retroactive to Jan. 1, 2022. The two camera manufacturers now belong to the parent company TKH Vision. TKH acquired SVS-Vistek in September 2019. According to a press release, the merger will offer customers of both companies synergies with a focus on high-performance, high-end cameras with high speed and high resolution.
