Life sciences and photonics company PerkinElmer Inc. officially opened its new corporate headquarters and technology center at 940 Winter St. in Waltham, Mass., on Monday. The company previously had its headquarters in Wellesley, Mass. PerkinElmer, which employs nearly 600 in Massachusetts, said the new 115,000-sq-ft campus includes a state-of-the-art research and development facility for its drug discovery, cellular science and diagnostics businesses.
