Byron most recently retired from the role of vice president of finance operations and systems at NVIDIA where he worked for the past 22 years. Jon-Michael Raymond will serve as chief revenue officer and most recently acted as global sales and marketing senior vice president at FyterTech Nonwovens. BILLERICA, Mass. — Bruker Corporation’s board of directors has appointed Laura Francis to serve on its board as an independent director. She is also expected to join Bruker’s audit committee as a financial expert after Bruker’s annual shareholder meeting at the end of May. Francis currently serves as CEO and board member of SI-BONE, Inc. where she previously acted as CFO and COO. Before joining SI-BONE, she held other executive and leadership roles with public and private life science companies, including Bruker Corporation.
