The company maintains a metallorganic chemical vapor deposition epitaxy platform that includes Aixtron 2000 and 2400 multiwafer reactors. Among its epitaxial services are 980-, 1310- and 1550-nm laser platforms and other custom structures, and PIN and avalanche photodiode wafers for 10- and 2.5-Gb/s applications.
