Mitsubishi Electric & Electronic USA Inc. of Cypress, Calif., has established a division to supply compound semiconductors in discrete and modular form to optoelectronics and microwave/RF customers in North America. The unit, based in California's Silicon Valley, also will provide sales, marketing and application engineering support.
