JK Laser Integrated into Orwin Battery Welding System

RUGBY, England, Oct. 21, 2010 — Industrial automation specialist Orwin announced it has integrated a JK Laser laser into its twin station laser welding system, which was designed to assemble and weld elements within a multicell battery. Orwin designed and manufactured two welding stations that utilized the laser’s time share facility.
