IMRA, Jenoptik Pen Fiber Tech Deal

ANN ARBOR, Mich., April 21, 2010 — IMRA America Inc. (IMRA), developer of ultra-fast fiber lasers, and Jenoptik, an optoelectronic components and systems company based in Germany, have concluded a license agreement for IMRA high power fiber technology for products built by Jenoptik for government applications including defense and security applications.
