IMRA America Inc. (IMRA), developer of ultra-fast fiber lasers, and Jenoptik, an optoelectronic components and systems company based in Germany, have concluded a license agreement for IMRA high power fiber technology for products built by Jenoptik for government applications including defense and security applications. In the agreement, IMRA licenses Jenoptik a portfolio of IMRA patents related to fiber lasers and amplifiers and specifically US Patent 5,818,630. “Jenoptik has unparalleled expertise developing lasers for government and commercial applications.
