Hexagon Metrology Inc. of North Kingstown, R.I., has relocated one of its US hexagon precision centers to a new, larger facility in Huntersville, N.C., where it will be more accessible to its customers. The field office was originally established by Brown and Sharp Co. in Charlotte, N.C. The 10,000-sq-ft plant was designed to meet the growing demand for the company’s measurement products, and it encompasses an expanded training facility, a demonstration center and a precision measurement laboratory for providing contract inspection services to local manufacturers.
