Grant Awarded to Advance Communications Systems

Advanced Diamond Technologies Inc. of Champaign, Ill., has received a $1.4 million Phase II award to advance broadband communications devices based on the company’s Ultrananocrystalline Diamond systems. The devices’ properties enable microelectromechancial systems to integrate with silicon microchips. The result is faster, more reliable wireless communications systems. The award was from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.Read full article
