Alain H. Popelard was appointed to lead Eastman Kodak Co.'s European, African and Middle Eastern Region (EAMER). Popelard, a vice president and the associate director of Kodak's Global Manufacturing and Logistics organization, will become chairman of Eastman Kodak S.A., the company's European subsidiary headquartered in Geneva. He succeeds Pierre E. Cohade, who recently announced his intention to leave Kodak at the end of the year. In addition, Popelard was appointed Regional Operations Manager for EAMER.
