Carl Zeiss Meditec Revenue Climbs Steadily

JENA, Germany, Aug. 16, 2012 — Carl Zeiss Meditec AG saw its revenue climb to €630.8 million over the first nine months of its 2011-12 financial year, a year-over year increase of 13.6 percent. The company anticipates further growth for the current financial year, expecting revenue between €830 and €860 million (about $1.03 billion and $1.06 billion), which corresponds to overall growth between 9 and 13 percent.
