Bloembergen LASE 2003 Plenary Speaker

SAN JOSE, Jan. 30 -- LASE 2003 hosted a plenary session featuring Nobel Prize-winning physicist Nicolaas Bloembergen (Harvard Univ.) at Photonics West 2003 Wednesday.
