Amada Miyachi America Inc. has opened its new headquarters, a $13.5 million, 85,000-sq-ft facility. The headquarters include a technical center with eleven application-specific demonstration labs, a state-of-the-art training room, technology showroom, manufacturing facility, Class-10,000 clean room and six customer laboratories. Guests of the grand opening included management from Amada Miyachi America’s parent company Amada Miyachi Japan; Hidehisa Horinouchi, the Consul General from the Consulate-General of Japan in Los Angeles; officials from Los Angeles County and the city of Monrovia; along with key customer representatives.
