Agilent Technologies Inc. announced that Adrian T. Dillon will resign his position as executive vice president of finance and administration, and chief financial officer, effective April 1. Dillon will become the chief financial and administration officer at Skype of Luxembourg, a provider of software that enables voice and video calls. Didier Hirsch will be appointed acting chief financial officer upon Dillion’s departure. He is currently the vice president of corporate controllership and tax.
