Santa Clara, Calif.-based Agilent Technologies Inc. and Anderson Forschung Group LLC (AFG) of Washington have announced a collaboration to develop quantitative peptide assays to speed protein biomarker discovery and validation. Under the collaboration, the latter company’s stable isotope standards and capture by antipeptide antibodies technology will be combined with the former company’s 1200 series HPLC-Chip and 6400 series triple quadrupole mass spectrometers. The combination will be used to develop methods for measuring the amounts of peptides in digests of complex samples, including...Read full article
