IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 9, -- Racal Instruments Group Holdings Inc. has announced a management-led leveraged buyout (LBO) of all global operations of Racal Instruments Inc. (US) and Thales Instruments Ltd. (UK) from Thales of France.
The LBO includes Racal Instruments' engineering, manufacturing, sales and customer support facilities in the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, China, Hong Kong, Korea and India.
