TAIPEI, Taiwan, Sept. 7 -- Taiwan President Chen Shui-Bian is scheduled to preside over the opening of the sixth annual Semicon Taiwan exposition, Monday, September 17, at the Taipei World Trade Center. Semicon Taiwan, the region's largest event dedicated to semiconductor manufacturing technology runs September 17-19.
