BEAVERTON, Ore., Jan. 3 -- Planar Systems Inc. has finalized its acquisition of AllBrite Technologies Inc., a supplier of flat panel displays to the ATM and outdoor kiosk markets. Planar Systems is a marketer of high-performance information display systems currently supplied to more than 1,000 customers in the medical, transportation and industrial markets.
