Photon Control Appoints Ivan Melnyk to Board

Photon Control Inc. of Burnaby, British Columbia, announced it has appointed Ivan Melnyk, PhD, to its board, effective Oct. 9. Melnyk joined the company in 2000 as director of research and development and became general manager in 2001. He subsequently was named senior vice president/chief technology officer, and in November 2006 was appointed chief operating officer. Photon Control manufactures optoelectronic products for measurement and control in the semiconductor capital equipment, oil and gas, power, and life sciences and research markets.

nano
