RADNOR, Pa., Oct. 1 -- PhotoMedex will acquire Surgical Laser Technologies under a definitive merger agreement signed on Sept. 25.
PhotoMedex develops excimer laser and fiber optic systems for dermatological applications. Surgical Laser Technologies provides laser services, including urology, gynecology, orthopedics, and general surgery using holmium, diode, YAG contact and CO2 lasers, and manufactures health-care lasers and disposables.
