CHARLOTTE, N.C. — EnPro Industries’ board of directors appointed Eric Vaillancourt president and CEO, and a member of the company’s board. Vaillancourt has served as interim president and CEO since August 2021 and previously served as president of the company’s sealing technologies segment.

SCHÖNAICH, Germany — Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH will have a new management beginning in January 2022. Previous managing directors Thomas Betolini and Gert Frech-Walter will retire, with management to be handled by a five-person management team around Karl Faulhaber, composed of Hubert Renner, Markus Dietz, Lutz Braun, and Udo Haberland.

GLASGOW, Scotland — Vector Photonics appointed Pavlo Ivanov as principal design engineer, responsible for laser device design and characterization. Ivanov joins the company from Phoelex, where he helped set up its automated optical testing and characterization lab. Previously, he was a research associate in the knowledge transfer partnership between Sivers Photonics and the University of Glasgow.

LUND, Sweden — Medical diagnostic company Immunovia’s president and CEO, Patrik Dahlen, notified the company’s board of directors he will step down from the roles. Dahlen will continue as president and CEO for six months. The search for a CEO will start immediately.
