Ron Lindsay is the new fiber optics product business manager at Berk-Tek, a Pennsylvania manufacturer of network copper and fiber optic cable products. Optical filters maker Semrock Inc. of Rochester, N.Y., has hired James Harp as the new business development strategic account manager. He will focus on Semrock’s volume optics business opportunities. Harp previously held senior sales leadership positions with Perkin Elmer. LaserStar Technologies Corp. of Riverside, R.I., has appointed Sam Bhambhani as sales director. He has more than 16 years’ experience in worldwide business development of laser technology and other industrial products.
