Electronic components and subassemblies manufacturer Nam Tai Electronics Inc. of Shenzhen, China, announced that Warren Lee was appointed CEO as of Dec. 1. Lee has been a director of one of the company's subsidiaries, Nam Tai Electronic & Electrical Products Ltd., since March 2004. Lee started his career in corporate banking with ABN Amro Bank N.V. in 1988, before moving to the investment banking arm of Sun Hung Kai International Ltd. in 1992. He became a director of Yu Ming Investment Management Ltd. in 1996 before joining Yu Ming in 1997. The company said it will also be hiring a new chief financial officer, and until then Patinda Lei, chairman Zastron Electronic (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. will also act as Nam Tai's CFO.
